Stupid is as stupid does. This whole movie is stupid. Goodness, what a load of garbage. What is there to like? The plot? The acting? The scenery? People just do not behave the way this guy does in life-threatening situations. Only at the end does he do the NORMAL thing but its too late for that poor sap.

Its a psycho-horror drama flick about an American hippie-backpacker going rural to find his vanished friend, that ends up in a nightmare, because he turned down the wish of a hot sunburned Spanish woman, that gave away her heart but was sent back in return. so let the moral be, do not even think about letting a Spanish girl down, then shell let you run the devil on the Spanish highway.

it's a slow flick with some acceptable acting, a suspenseful score, and a beautiful filmography.

but it's not one for the grumpy old man, he's far too restless, but it's still a recommendation if you like psychophobia.

An excellently filmed and acted movie that kept my attention throughout. However, watching this at the time of the Australian bushfire crisis I was somewhat repelled, near the movie's start, by seeing the lead character throw an empty plastic water bottle into what looked like dry grassland under a blazing sun without any adverse comments from the other characters (unless I missed something!). For that reason, I gave these seven stars rather than eight.

Tedious and far too long
mjsreg12 January 2020
Right from the start, the majority of characters are totally unbelievable and the acting below par. To be fair to the cast, many of them don't have much experience, so it is down to the director to guide and get the most out of them - which they clearly didn't.

The story isn't that good, to begin with, and being stretched to 1h 46m makes it something of a trial to stay awake through. I was very relieved when the end credits finally appeared.

There is no sense of atmosphere or drama to bring the viewer into the world of the characters. It is like watching endless slides of someone's boring holiday snaps.

You'll get more tension and fear from watching a washing machine on the spin cycle.

Do the producers have time travel?

Make a list of all the most horrible qualities that the worst movies have that you've ever seen. Post the list on the net somewhere. Then watch this movie and see how they just totally nailed what was on your list! Did they travel forward in time, see your list of the most horrible qualities of the worst movies ever made, then go back in time and make this movie, making sure to check off everything on your list? You tell me!

Garbage. Fake positive reviews once again.

Don't even bother. You can tell the positive reviews are absolute fakes because you look at the profiles of the people who MADE these positive reviews, this is the ONLY movie they reviewed, hmm! Suspicious much? Another lame low budget film. Skip this one.
Please, skip this...

What started as a good premise and makes you think you're in for a good ghost/hunted house with a twist, takes a wrong turn in the middle towards ridiculousness and cliché galore. The story makes absolutely no sense at all and the worst of it, is not even mildly entertaining. The good reviews must be fake or written by 12-year-old kids.
Crowdfunded movie

Low, low budget. Not so good acting. But something kept my interest up.

Oh. my. god! This movie was, IMO, the best movie of 2020 so far! It had everyone in the theatre %100 engaged throughout and there were several moments where you could hear audible gasps from the movie goers lol
This film has everything and didn’t leave us wanting, like many other films this year have.
Suspense, action, emotion, a few laughs, and plot twists!
My only regret is that this film isn’t available to stream yet!
One of the few films I would actually pay to go see again!
Bravo!!!! 5 stars!

When i got to know about this movie, i wasn't sure if it was a good one or just another wannabe saw movie. However after watching the movie i am most pleasantly surprised with the way the story unfolds and ends with a good motive for the hunt, and its a really creative one.
I am very impressed with beatty gilpins acting and boy o boy shes really superb, would love to watch more of her movies and currently there are very few unfortunately. She is a star!
Watch the movie for sure but you have to be ready to watch some gory stuff.
