Lukas, a young farmer whose family is killed by savage raiders in the countryside, sets out on an epic quest for revenge, forming an unlikely trio with a majestic dragon and a swashbuckling, sword-fighting mercenary, Darius. I feel that the lead (young lad) actor was very convincing as he matured into manhood, displaying various emotions.  The action sequences were well placed to keep the movie flowing.  This is a good Family Movie (except for children under 10). However, I did feel that Helen Boedham-Carter;s voice was a bit too 'whispy' and hard to distinguish the words at times.  (Guess we were spoiled by Sean Connery!) Overall, I really enjoyed seeing this film.

I thought that this was a decent movie. Much like the first Dragonheart it has fighting scenes with bloodshed or death. That is what makes it compelling. It has a nice theme with plot twists. I would recommend this film to tweens and teens and especially to those of dragon and medieval fans.

The movie was great! I think it was cool how Siveth could change different forms and they included information from the other movies in it. The only thing I disliked was the dragon. The dragon wasn't very realistic and didn't fit in with different scenes. Overall, it was good.
